These Terms of Service govern your use of roswellmasjid.org, the Roswell Community Masjid member portal, and our text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Roswell Community Masjid, Inc. (“RCM”) is a nonprofit religious organization based in Roswell, Georgia. Our website provides information about our programs, services, and events, and allows members of the community to donate, register for programs, and volunteer.
Donations
Donations made through our website are processed by a third-party payment processor. Donations are final and generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or in a duplicate amount, contact us at operations@roswellmasjid.org and we will review the request. Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us or through your portal account. RCM is a tax-exempt organization; contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and we will provide a receipt for your records.
Accounts
If you create an account in the RCM portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or portal to post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
SMS Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Program description. Roswell Community Masjid sends text messages to community members who have opted in. Messages include masjid announcements and prayer time or schedule changes, event and program reminders, volunteer and operational coordination, and fundraising appeals for RCM campaigns.
How to opt in. You may join the program by submitting the signup form on roswellmasjid.org and checking the box consenting to receive text messages from Roswell Community Masjid. Consent is not a condition of donating to RCM or of participating in any RCM program or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month, and more during Ramadan or around major events.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. RCM does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, sign up again on our website and we will resume sending messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
Content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recordings, is owned by RCM or used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent. Community members are welcome to share our content for personal and educational purposes with attribution.

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, portal, or messaging program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or messaging program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
